Brilliant Sales & Customer Service Co-ordinator required.

Major Responsibilities:
* Maximise profitable sales.
* Build and maintain sales relationships with existing and new customers.
* Efficiently respond to and follow up sales leads and enquiries & record conversion to sales rate.
* Maintain database of sales leads and enquiries progress sales order processing through sage line 50.
* Monitor customer contact frequency & arrange customer service calls if required.
* Resolve customer queries.
* Liaise with sales agents to maximise sales.
* Maintain communication with sales agents to resolve queries and keep them informed as necessary including a daily despatch report.
* Deal with incoming phone calls and direct them accordingly.
* Adhere to agreed Company procedures.
* Liaise with operations manager regarding possible despatch times.

Position Qualifications
Experience:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Excellent people skills.
* Good administrative skills.
* Experience in a sales or customer service environment is essential.
* Computer literate, including Word, basic Excel and Outlook.

Education:
At least 5 GCSE's or equivalent, including Mathematics and English A-C

Personal Characteristics:
An outgoing professional person, able to interact effectively with a wide variety of people
Able to project a positive, welcoming image of the company at all times
Able to use sound judgment, employing discretion as appropriate
Self motivated, able to independently prioritise and organise own work load
